Virginia Giuffrie, one of Jeffrey Epstein's long time accusers is now suing Prince Andrew for sexual assault.

Giuffrie is alleging she was trafficked to him and sexually abused by him when she was 17.

Giuffre is the 17 year old in the now infamous photo where Prince Andrew has his hand around her. But Prince Andrew says he has no recollection of meeting her.

Kevin Hall from news organisation McClatchy DC says the allegations have been out there for quite some time.
