Team culture may come in to play when it comes to punishing three Australian cricketers.
Cricket Australia says sanctions against the trio will be announced tomorrow.
Chief executive James Sutherland says only captain Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft were in on the cheating.
They've been reported for breach of conduct, and will be sent home.
Former NZ Cricket CEO Justin Vaughn told Larry Williams it might spark a wider review into overall team culture.
"This is not the only issue that this Australian team has coped over the summer. There's been a lot of stuff around sledging."
