The UK Government is being criticised after a group of cross-party MPs conducted an analysis of how the Government responded to the Covid-19 pandemic.
One thing they looked at was, with an emerging problem within care homes, the Government was allowing hospital patients back into care homes without being tested for the virus.
However, it was found this was done at the start of the pandemic and the Government later changed their methods.
However, Gavin Grey told Heather du Plessis-Allan it still presented a problem.
"By then we were two, two and a half weeks into this pandemic where the lockdown had begun, and frankly the committee said... this was an emerging problem."
Meanwhile, there have been changes made to Meghan Markle's Wikipedia page regarding her occupation.
Mr Grey says a role on the American show Deal or No Deal was removed, and a paragraph on humanitarian work was added.
Whoever made the changes was traced back to a PR firm in Los Angeles, which is prompting people to question whether Ms Markle had a hand in the changes.
