A numbers game could be why Prince Andrew wants a trial by jury. 

Newly filed court documents show the Duke of York denies all allegations against him, in his official response to Virginia Giuffre's sexual assault civil lawsuit. 

Cornell Law School professor Randy Zelin told Heather Du Plessis-Allan a trial is six jurors, compared to one judge. 

“The law of averages is with you, that you can get one juror, two jurors, a few jurors, maybe all the jurors you need to actually win. One, it’s all or nothing.”
