The Commerce Commission is trying its luck in court as it takes legal action against ticket resale website Viagogo.

The Commission claims it is breaching consumer law by saying the website is allegedly making misleading claims.

Music Promoter Ian Magan told Larry Williams he has been critical of Viagogo for years.

"They are a Swiss company, and forgeries are common both internationally and in New Zealand."
