In this week’s Business Spotlight, ZB Drive is looking at a Kiwi start-up that's trying to take on Trivago and Booking.com.

It's called Book Me Bob, and helps hotel and motel owners with their bookings.

Instead of paying Trivago a share of the booking price, hotel owners cut out the middle man and use a robot on their website to make the booking.

CEO and co-founder David Thompson joined Heather du Plessis-Allan to discuss how the business works.
