If you think your house is a mess - wait until you hear this.

The Auckland Council is seeking a court order to remove rubbish piles visible from a satellite from a North Shore property.

Leader of Health Enforcement Alan Ahmu told Andrew Dickens the rubbish has accumulated over several years, and one pile is over 1.5m high.

“It has got to the point now where we are looking to get court orders to allow us to go and remove the rubbish and basically charge the owners for it.”
