Donald Trump Jr. is being accused of treason on Twitter.
He has tweeted out an email chain showing plans to get sensitive and incriminating information on Hillary Clinton from a Russian official.
The New York Times was on the brink of publishing the incriminating story when Trump Jr broke it himself.

USA Today Washington Correspondent Paul Singer told Andrew Dickens the emails are a smoking gun, confirming what the Trump camp has been denying all along.
"He was told that ... it was part of the Russian government's attempt to help your campaign."
Singer said tweeting the documents first, lets Trump Jr deny meetings went any further.
"What was in it for him was to get all of the documents published with a statement from himself, saying this amounted to nothing."
Singer said the Trump camp is furiously denying suggestions of further collusion.
"What the Trump team is saying is they came with some information, it wasn't useful at all, and then immediately pivoted to a discussion about a dispute the US and Russian are having about adoption."
