National's calling for level two restrictions to be eased to get the economy back on track.
It's the country's second day at level two, after seven weeks of lockdown.
National finance spokesperson Paul Goldsmith told Kate Hawkesby there's no point in businesses operating at level two if they aren't going to make a profit.
He says if cafe's decide to open but they don't make a profit, there's no economic progression.
Goldsmith says the Government has done well with the Covid-19 health response, but they've been too slow opening up the economy.
"The sooner people can get back to work, the sooner things can be turned around."
