The website 8chan is expected to struggle to get back online.

The anonymous message board has been taken down by its provider, Cloud flare.

Three mass shooters, including the Christchurch attacker, used the site to post about their imminent actions.

Tech commentator Paul Brislen told Kate Hawkesby it's unlikely any other provider will host the website.

"At this stage, i suspect it will disappear back into the swamp it came from. I think we are all better off without this website around."
