Another spanner in the works for Theresa May's Brexit deal, this time from Spain.

Spanish prime minister Pedro Sánchez says he will reject the deal until it addresses the future of Gibraltar, which was ceded to Britain in 1713.

Under Article 184 of the agreement, the EU and UK will have to finalise the details of Brexit before December 2020.

UK correspondent Gavin Grey told Kate Hawkesby that could undermine long-term negotiations over Gibraltar.

"They basically want to ensure that article 184 does not apply to the future of Gibraltar.

"They will kick up all sorts of fuss and that will really torpedo the all the efforts and everything everyone's working for and also Theresa May as well.
