Catalonia's quest for independence from Spain is being held back again.
The country's constitutional court has suspended Catalonia's parliament next week, in order to block an independence vote.
Europe correspondent Gavin Grey told Rachel Smalley the Catalan government has already ignored one court decision on the referendum.
"This may well be a tactic from the Spanish Government to divide the parties that are seeking independence because some of them are much more radical than others."
