Cure Kids say vaccinating against Covid-19 in schools is the way to go.

Rolling-out the Pfizer jab to 12 to 15-year-olds is provisionally approved by Medsafe and is waiting for the tick of approval from Cabinet.

The Prime Minister says schools should play an important role in delivering the vaccine.

Cure Kids chief executive Frances Benge told Kate Hawkesby primary care access is a barrier for those with health inequalities.

“So removing these barriers levels the playing field and really can accelerate the vaccination programme, so I think schools is great approach.”
