White House reporters are fighting an uphill battle as the Trump administration dodges tricky questions.
Press Secretary Sean Spicer has held an on-camera media briefing, for the first time in eight days.
CNN White House correspondent Brian Stelter told Rachel Smalley the cut-backs make things difficult for reporters.
"We're trying to cover one of the biggest stories in the world right now. Reporters are trying to approach this as fairly and normally as possible, but a lot of what the Trump administration is doing is abnormal."
