It's day two of the Level 4 Covid-19 lockdown, set to be in place for four weeks.
Clinical nutritionist Ben Warren says people should be adopting a healthy diet and maintain exercise.
He told Kate Hawkesby it's a good opportunity to set new routines, ensuring you're still up early, scheduling breaks in your day and getting outside.
"People should aim to be buying whole foods, including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Now is also a good opportunity to try new recipes."
