Britain's exit from the EU will mean British passports being made overseas.
The UK is replacing its burgundy EU passport with it classic blue and gold British passport from October next year.
But a French-Dutch company has won the contract to make the passports in the EU.
UK correspondent Ben Bland told Kate Hawkesby that could mean the loss of British jobs.
"The irony of this is beyond belief. The firm that makes the current passports has about 600 staff."
