There are concerns over the number of people on the job seeker benefit.
There are currently 61,000 who have been on the job seeker benefit for more than a year.
That's an increase from 29,000 in 2017.
Citizens' Advice Bureau Chief Executive Andrew Hubbard told Kate Hawkesby effective solutions need to be put in place to avoid this from happening.
“We have to focus on making sure there’s adequate support for people when they enter the system, and they’re not on there for a long period of time with inadequate income.”
