Concerns around the Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill, which has its second reading in the House today.
The legislation will end 90 day no-cause evictions, meaning landlords must offer more robust reasons for getting rid of tenants.

Andrew Bruce says vulnerable tenants are going to be vetted incredibly strictly.
He says landlords and property managers are going to be worried about putting tenants in to a property, who they suspect won't stick to the rules.
