A budget mobile phone provider has entered the market but don't expect much in terms of customer service.
Kogan Mobile has up to 400,000 customers in Australia and has now launched in New Zealand.

Kogan is a budget online retailer founded by Ruslan Kogan - whose parents arrived from then-Communist Belarus in 1990 with $90 in their pocket.
