Murderous cult leader Charles Manson is being remembered as a remorseless yet charismatic manipulator.
The 83-year-old, notorious for the murder of Sharon Tate and six others in 1969, has died in hospital in California.
Former FBI agent, Bobby Chacon told Rachel Smalley Manson will be remembered as perhaps the darkest figure of the 1960s.
"Well, twisted is one word that comes but Manson had the very unique combination of that psychopathic behaviour but with a large amount of charisma."
He said Charles Manson was a manipulative psychopath
"He built this little community, this little family of his based on his ability to manipulate these younger people. He even developed followers while he was in prison over these many years"
