Christchurch City Councillors are dismayed following the Government’s Three Waters Reform announcement this morning. 

Sam MacDonald and Phil Mauger told Newstalk ZB Canterbury Mornings they're dismayed at the lack of consultation and consideration given to local councils.  

Their calls of concern were backed by a media release sent from Mayor Lianne Dalziel's office following the news.
