It's been claimed suspected war criminals who may have taken part in the 1995 Srebrenica massacre during the Balkans conflict are living in Australia and New Zealand.
The allegation was raised by Munira Subasic, head of the Mothers of Srebrenica group, as the United States moved to deport at least 150 Bosnians suspected of war crimes.
The New York Times says US officials have identified about 300 immigrants who concealed their part in wartime atrocities during the conflict in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.
It's believed as many as half of them may have been involved in the Srebrenica genocide when around eight thousand Muslin boys and men were executed by Bosnia Serb forces.
Subasic says some war criminals are living in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Russia and Europe.
