Donald Trump is once again entertaining the idea of running for the US presidency.

The celebrity entrepreneur is forming an exploratory committee ahead of next year's presidential election.

US correspondent Jack Tame says it will be months before Donald Trump decides whether to join the list of Republican Party hopefuls.

But he certainly has faith in his own abilities as a national leader.
