UPDATED 12.55pm The fire in a high rise apartment tower in Dubai has been brought under control.
Civil Defence officials say there are no reports of injuries or deaths, after a massive fire in the 86-storey Torch Tower.
All the occupants were evacuated safely.
The building is one of the world's tallest residential buildings.
Flames shot up the sides of the Torch tower in the upscale Marina district in the second blaze at the building since 2015, causing burning debris flying down.
Dubai is one of seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a Gulf Arab trade and investment hub.
