Police allege a glamorous North Shore health entrepreneur, who is the daughter of a famed horse breeder, had sex with a 14-year-old child on four occasions last year.

Savannah Daisley, 48, appeared in Waverley Court on Tuesday after being charged with four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a boy between 14 and 16 years old.

Police allege the Longueville resident engaged in unlawful sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old child on four occasions in the 24 hours leading up to 5pm on May 20, 2021.

Police allege all four sexual encounters occurred in the same North Shore suburb where she lives.

Daisley was highly intoxicated at the time of the alleged offending, according to the police allegations tendered to the court.

Police claim a legal phone tap heard the ritzy founder of detox business Smart Cleanse admit to kissing the alleged victim.

Police have applied for an apprehended violence order to protect the 14-year-old complainant.

The entrepreneur has been in custody since she was arrested by the Child Abuse Unit just before 11am on June 27.

Daisley was refused bail after a judge determined it was not in the public interest for her to be released from custody.

Her father, renowned horse breeder Ross Daisley, had offered to pay a surety of $10,000 to ensure she would return to court if she was granted conditional freedom.

Daisley is well-known as the breeder of thoroughbred racehorse Choisir, which became an international champion after winning at the prestigious Royal Ascot races in England. Choisir is one of only five horses to have won both the Golden Jubilee and the King's Stand races during a single meet.

His daughter, an Instagram influencer who boasts a horde of 40,000 followers, will remain in custody on remand for nearly two months until her next court date.

Daisley had not entered pleas to the charges, but her lawyer foreshadowed she will deny all charges.

Daisley's matter has been adjourned to Manly Court, which is closer to her North Shore home. She will return to court on August 23.

It is unclear who will run her business Smart Cleanse while Daisley remains in custody.

Her business was launched on the back of a popular 14-day detoxification and weight management programme focused on organic wellbeing. She has also authored two books on health and wellness.

"Savannah has helped thousands of people detoxify their bodies, lose weight, reduce stress, and reverse the ageing process through the benefits of detoxification," the Smart Cleanse business explains.

The website also includes an introduction penned by Daisley which explains she was a "resident mojito girl" in her youth. A post on Instagram refers to a previous troubled relationship with alcohol, with a recent post declaring she had spent 223 days sober.
