Russia has been kicked out of the Paralympics.
The International Paralympic Committee has come down far harder on Russia than their IOC counterparts, deeming every athlete ineligible.

IPC President Sir Phillip Craven said a WADA report into Russia's doping at the 2014 Paralympics in Sochi has found issues with the samples of around 45 athletes.
Sir Craven said it’s a catastrophic situation and he’s disgusted by the Russian government.
IPC Athletes committee chair Todd Nicholson said athletes in Russia appear to be pawns in a corrupt system designed to show overall power.
CNN's Nick Paton Wash said the decision is baffling some.
"The big question here is how are the paralympic committee quite so strident in this unanimous decision, and how come Thomas Bach, the head of the IOC, chose a very different, softer route for the Russian olympiads.
The Russian Paralympic team has 21 days to appeal the decision.
