There's an outcry in the US at moves to quarantine aid workers who've treated Ebola patients.
Two states, New York and New Jersey, have ordered a mandatory quarantine for medics returning from west Africa.
Aid worker Kelfa Kargbo says it's impractical, and if the measure was introduced around the world, it would effectively stop all aid workers going to help.
He says he's spent the last two years going to Sierra Leone every month, spending about a week...but the new rules would see he him going between Sierra Leone, and quarantine.
