Six days of talks on climate change have come to an end in Bonn, with another deadline looming for a global deal on climate change.
But delegates and observers are emerging from the discussions deflated, saying there's not been much progress and an opportunity has been lost.
They say valuable negotiating time has been wasted, and there's still no agreement on the way rich and poor nations will divvy up their respective shares of cuts to carbon emissions.
