The former pop star Gary Glitter is back in court again, accused of molesting a young girl.

The case dates back to his glory days in the 1970s, and a girl then in her teens who met him in his dressing room after a show.

"He asked her to then sit on his knee she said, and then he asked for a kiss, she said she gave him a peck on the lips, he asked again and she gave him another peck, and a third time he asked her to do it with her mouth open, and at that point she said he put his tongue down her throat and his hand up her skirt."
