The Queensland tourism sector is in a hurry to clean up the remnants of Cyclone Debbie before the Easter rush.
The category four storm left a path of destruction across popular North Queensland destinations.
Roads are reopening, and phone lines have just been restored.
Airlie beach is described as the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef - and it has been left strewn with debris.
Mark Pearson is a standup paddle and kayak operator on the Whitsunday beach, who says the pressure's on to get it cleaned up.
"We're coming into the busiest period now we're two weeks out from where the Easter transition kicks off."
Mr Pearson said there's still a way to go.
"We actually operated yesterday so we're still getting inquiries, but there's no water, no power - they're saying it could be up to a week or ten days so we're doing the best we can."
