The situation at the Temple Mount holy site in Jerusalem is reported to be calm this morning, after Israel closed access to it.
The Mount is an extremely important site for both Muslims and Christians. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas called the move to close it a declaration of war.
But despite fears there'd be more tension, CNN's Erin McClaughlin reports Jerusalem is mostly quiet.
"There have been sporadic yet minor clashes in various parts of the city, but for the most part I would say things here are relatively calm.
"Perhaps in part due to the weather. It was very wet, but despite the rain people still came out on the streets to pray."
