Winston Peters says polling companies are not mentioning his party's name, which is skewing results.
According to the latest One News Colmar Brunton poll New Zealand First has dipped to just one percent support.
Peters says the problem isn't just with that poll.
He says too many people have called him to say they were polled just a few minutes ago and New Zealand First wasn't mentioned, but was included in the others.
Winston Peters says if you're not going to be mentioned by people doing the polls, it's very likely you're not going to look very good in them.
Peters told Mike Hosking this morning he wonders what people expect the outcome to be, if his party's name is not on the poll.
He says pollsters shouldn't be allowed to do that and says it's disgraceful and disgusting.
The two major polling companies says none of the political parties are mentioned when voters are asked who they support.
However, Reid Research owner Ngaire Reid says people are asked who they'd vote for if there was an election tomorrow or who they would've voted for yesterday.
She says none of the parties' names are read out.
Cantar, which owns Colmar Brunton, says no political parties are mentioned when voters are polled either, to avoid any bias.
