
The Office of the Auditor General has found no problems in the way the Health Promotion Agency managed conflicts of interest around board member Katherine Rich.
The OAG looked into the matters surrounding the former National MP and Food and Grocery Council Boss after she faced conflict of interest allegations during last year's "Dirty Politics" scandal
The office of the Auditor-General says it hasn't identified any matters before, or decisions by the HPA, that might raise serious concerns about it's management of conflicts of interest, in respects of Katherine Rich, or other members.
"It says it is too simplistic to assume the aims and activities of the HPA and the Food and Grocery Council are incontrovertibly opposed or incompatible."
