The Labour Party's promising it'll continue its fight against zero hour contracts.
MP Iain Lees-Galloway is scathing of just released amendments made to proposed laws on the practice.  He said the legislation creates availability clauses which allow employers to require staff to work whenever they ask them to come in, but doesn't include any requirement for guaranteed hours.
"That's the very definition of a zero hours contract," he said.
