There will be an exodus of cabinet ministers to Australia tomorrow as our senior politicians meet with their Australian counterparts and business representatives, at the annual Australia New Zealand Leadership Forum.
Deputy Prime Minister Bill English, along with fellow Cabinet ministers Steven Joyce, Nathan Guy, Todd McClay, Nicky Wagner, and Paul Goldsmith will be attending the event.
Mr English says the forum will bring together more than 200 chief executives from the largest trans-Tasman companies to engage with both governments on trade and economic initiatives.
During the event a new infrastructure scheme will be announced.
It's designed to improve construction sector transparency and to better identify infrastructure investment opportunities both here and across the Tasman.
