The disagreement between Greater Wellington Regional councillors and bus drivers is turning heated.
Drivers have today used a council meeting to voice concerns over their job security, following a change in provider for the region’s bus contracts.
They say they've been kept in the dark during negotiations.
Greater Wellington chair Chris Laidlaw assured them talks will be held with everyone affected.
Westpac Stadium wouldn’t allow media to cover a protest by drivers before the meeting - stating it was private property and no application had been made.
