
A soldier's lost his bid to keep his job after he was dismissed for trying to coerce two women into sending him raunchy photos and videos
Staff Sergeant Darron Wills pleaded guilty at a Court Martial in September last year.
He was dismissed and ordered to pay both women $1000 each for emotional harm.
NZME. reports he then went to the Court Martial Appeal Court arguing a reduction in rank would be a more appropriate sentence.
But, in a judgement released today, the Appeal judge says it "would not be tolerable" for the Defence Force to retain Wills.
