Schools in the south Canterbury town of Leeston are providing ongoing support for the families and friends of those killed in a horrific crash on Boxing Day morning.
Two 14-year-olds, one of whom was driving, survived the crash, in which three 15-year-olds were killed.
The driver is still in hospital, after he hit a curb near the town - throwing the car several metres through a farm fence and into a macrocarpa hedge.
The teenagers who died all went to different schools in the area.
Ellesmere College principal Gavin Kidd said his school doors are open, for those wanting to get in touch with senior staff or the school counsellors.
"We'll just continue to support our students in the best way we can. We've got phone numbers they can ring us up on."
The Ministry of Education has also offered support services and the school would make sure the community knew of this as well as other opportunities, he said.
