Police want to reunite items of stolen property, including jewellery and handbags, with their owners following burglaries in Rotorua.

The property was likely taken in burglaries in the Glenholme or industrial areas in Rotorua between mid-2023 and February 2024, police said in a social media post today.

“The owners of some of the stolen property have been identified and we’ve been able to return their items to them.

“However we still have a number of items where we haven’t been able to link the items to any reported burglaries – and we would very much like to get these items back to their rightful owners," police said.
