A man whose dog was chased, pepper sprayed and then shot dead by two police officers, is demanding compensation.
Police have apologised to Robert Wellington over the incident, two years after it took place.
A judge described the shooting as like killing an ant with a hammer, and a charge of obstructing officers against Mr Wellington was thrown out.
He says the apology doesn't go far enough for what he's been through.
