The Fire Service is warning Hell Pizza to tread carefully during its new promotion, which offers fireworks delivered directly to a customer's door.
The pizza company has bought over 35,000 kilograms of fireworks for its pizza and pyrotechnics promotion, which starts on Sunday.
Fire risk management national advisor Todd O'Donoghue says management will need to ensure staff are well trained to prevent under-age and intoxicated people getting their hands on fireworks.
"There's some very clear laws about the age of people that fireworks can be sold to and even the days that fireworks will be sold.
"So Hell will have to abide by the law in making any sales, whether they're sales at home or sales across their counter."
Todd O'Donoghue says the Fire Service is recommending people keep themselves safe by attending public displays this Guy Fawkes.
