Emergency services were called this afternoon after a report a pedestrian was hit by a car outside New World supermarket in Rotorua.
A police spokesman said they were called at 2.17pm to a report of a car versus pedestrian accident at the Old Taupo Rd supermarket.
No information is available yet on injuries, but an ambulance is in attendance.
