Pope Francis has formally declared New Zealand's Archbishop John Dew a Cardinal.
He was the fourth to kneel and have a Cardinal's ring placed on his finger in a ceremony at St Peter’s Basilica in Rome last night.
He's one of 20 new Cardinals, who become advisers to the Pope.
