Levin Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a missing 16-year-old girl.

Sela Fifita-Tovo was last seen two weeks ago boarding an Intercity Bus in Levin, intending to travel to Auckland to visit family.

It's believed she got off the at the the Westfield Mall in Manukau the following morning.

Police enquiries have established she's been communicating with a male from Auckland, who's believed to be her boyfriend.

His identity isn't yet known.

Sela is described as Tongan, of slim build, approximately 157cm tall with black hair and brown eyes.
