New Zealand's population is growing faster than many of our tourism and trading partners.
Statistics New Zealand's latest yearly review shows our population is growing a 1.52 percent a year.
That's faster than Australia, China, the US, the UK and Germany.
Australia is growing at just 1.09 percent a year, and Germany's population is declining at 0.18 percent.
