A man accused of indecently assaulting those who stayed at his backpackers in Kaitaia has been denied bail.
Michael Harris has appeared in the Kaitaia District Court.
Two more charges have been laid today and he now faces 41.
The charges which relate to 16 adult male victims who stayed at Harris' Main Street Lodge, also include drugging and filming victims.
He'll be back in court next month.
