Police have named the 24-year-old man who was found on Waihi Beach this week.
Jason Elijah Shane Manuka Lines, from Rotorua, went missing off Bowentown Harbour on November 20.
The fisherman's body was found at Cave Bay, Waihi Beach on Monday.
Mr Lines went missing after his boat overturned.
