The demolition of a quake-damaged office block in Wellington has been postponed and may not even take place tomorrow.
Contractors were expected to take down most of 61 Molesworth Street today.
However, work on the front part of the tower block still needs to be completed.
Wellington City Council spokesman Clayton Anderson says there are no guarantees it will go ahead tomorrow either because it's still weather-dependent.
He says it's meant to be windy tomorrow, so the demolition might have to be delayed until Monday when the wind dies down.
