Concerns have been raised over alcohol being sold cheaper than water at Gisborne's Rhythm and Vines festival.
A pre-mixed RTD can be bought for $3.50, while a bottle of water is four dollars.
But a Rhythm and Vines spokesman says that's just if you want a chilled bottle of Charlie's water out of the fridge.
He says there are free water tanks located around the festival and camping sites.
