They'll now appear on February the 14th.
Trio charged over drunken boy
Three people charged with supplying alcohol to a nine-year-old Hamilton boy will make their first appearance in court today.
A young boy was videoed at a skate park in Hamilton earlier this month, after drinking eight cans of pre-mix bourbon.
The video shows the boy struggling to stand and slurring his words.
Two men aged 20 and 27, and a 25-year-old woman were arrested a week later charged with supplying alcohol to a minor.
The maximum penalty for this charge is a $2000 fine.
